Easy Vintage Botanical Large Tags using 2026 October Scrapbook Kit

Hi Everyone,

Welcome back! In Today's tutorial, we are creating these gorgeous, highly-layered vintage botanical large tags. Featuring elements like lavender jars, soft floral details, butterflies, lace trims, these tags make a perfect item to place with your gift giving, junk journals, happy mail, or mixed media art projects. I have all the links below for you, including links for items I used from my stash.

2026 October Scrapbooking Kit

Large Tag 1

To start out trace your large tag onto the 12x12 pattern paper. Do this for both large chipboard tags.

After you trace, and cut both front and back pieces out adhere them to the large chipboard tag.

After adhering the pattern paper on the large tag I adhered the large floral piece from Scrapbook Kit and adhered it to the tag.

Here is a close up of the first finished tag. I used some of the ephemera pieces and the element pieces from the Scrapbook Kit, 49 and Market Quiet Observer paper collection.

Large Tag 2

After you have traced, cut and adhered the pattern paper to the front and back of your tag, it's time to decorate your tag. I added some chipboard to the back of my Bingo card from the ephemera packet.

I also added in some leaves from the Element packet and started using some florals and other ephemera to decorate my large tag.

For the chipboard florals I used flocking powder from my stash to decorate them I adhered them to tag on the right. After finishing my tags, I added in some star dust stickels to both tags just brushing it around the entire tag.

Here is the finished tag. I hope you enjoyed both tags and they gave you inspiration to decorate your large tags. I know we are heading into fall and winter but spring will be here soon and this Scrapbook is a beautiful way to get the Spring Fever going I encourage you to check out the 2026 October
