Hey Santa Mini Album for Tres Jolie

 Hi everyone,

I have a fun project for you today using the 2025 November Card, Tag and More Kit along with the 2025 September Card, Tag and More Kit which has the Graphic 45 Mini Album. I hope you enjoy this tutorial that has tons of inspiration for your Christmas Mini Albums and Folios. ***I did use two 2025 Nov. Card Kits *** I have the step by step tutorial below and the video tutorial as well. All links are down below for your convenience. I wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving with your family and friends. I will see you all next week.

2025 November Card, Tag and More Kit 2025 September Card, Tag and More Kit

To start our Christmas Mini Album Cut 2 pieces of pattern paper 5 1/2 inches x 6 inches. One will be to cover the front and one for covering the back of the mini album.

For the front lay one of the pattern papers underneath the window opening of the box. Take a pencil and draw around the square opening. **That is what I am doing in the photo below***

Next take the xacto knife and cut an "X" from one corner to the other inside the box you just drew on top of your pattern paper. **as shown below**

Next fit the little flaps inside the window area and you can adhere down the top and bottom of the papers. Be sure to glue down the flaps to inside of the window area.

Here is what your box should look like when it's all done.

Cover your mini album front, back and spine. I used the pretty red music note papers. I inked all my paper edges using Memento Rhubarb ink.

Next cut all the pattern papers for your mini album pages and adhere down. You can decorate these how every you'd like or leave blank for your photos. **to view mine you can view the Video Tutorial***

For the inside front and back cover use the pattern paper with the pattern collage. Cut these at 3 7/8 x 4 7/8 inches. Next place double back tape around the edges on the backside of the pattern paper.

Next use your xacto knife, make sure to start cutting about 1/4 inch below the top edge of the paper and to cut a slit following along the left side of the green line for both pattern papers.

Now you should have an opening like the photo below.

For the inside front cover place the glue on the side of your slit. And for the back cover place the glue to right side of the slit.

Place down and adhere.

Once you have adhered and burnished down you can place your cut apart tags inside.

Below I have one of the pocket pages I covered with the tag I decorated used the a tag backed up with some red pattern paper and some of the some ephemera pieces with silver button and bow from one of the glitter wreaths.

Here is one of the pages I used the word ephemera pieces on as tuck spots and placed a small little journal card inside.

Here are a few of the tags I decorated using the ephemera pieces, glitter wreath and buttons from the Card Kit along with various trims from my stash.

Here is an opened area of the mini album sharing the pages and pocket page. The tag I decorated using large poinsettias I fussy cut from one of the pattern papers from the Card Kit and I used one of the cut aparts to cover the left page.

Here are the little booklets I did using the cut aparts folded in half for small photos to fit inside the side pockets within the mini album. I also hot glued the buttons on to use as a pull tab.

MemDex Cards Layering using Simple Stories Autumn Breeze

 Hi everyone,

It's Deb here today sharing with you a few ways to create some beautiful layered Memdex Cards using the 2025 October Scrapbook Kit. You can find these Memdex cards in the Tres Jolie Shop and I have link below for you. I also have the step by step down below sharing 6 Layered Memdex Cards, along with the video tutorial.

2025 October Scrapbook Kit                             Chipboard MemDex Cards

Load image into Gallery viewer, Memory Dex Cards

Let's Get Started. :D

MemDex Card 1

For our first card we are will be using the Simple Stories Autumn Breeze Rub-on's. First cut out what you'll be using on the chipboard MemDex Card. Next lay your piece of rub-on on top of the memdex, use the popsicle stick and rub on top of the pattern, cover the entire chipboard with the rub-on's.

After I did the background I used the coffee cup rub-on and rubbed that on top. I then added some rub-on flowers and then used the pretty glittered words "hello Autumn" from the Scrapbook Kit and adhered down.

Here is the first finished MemDex Card using just the rub-on's and the glittered words. Although we used Rub-on's and everything blends very well together, we layered the hearts, coffee cup and the flowers all top of the background we had rubbed down first.

MemDex Card 2

For our next memdex card we leave about a 1/2 inch from the top of the scalloped edge. I used the cute brown polka dot paper but you can use want ever pattern you'd like.

Next I adhered down on of the borders and piece of large ephemera from the ephemera packet in the Scrapbook Kit. I just love this Fall theme paper collection by Simple Stories

Here is the finished MemDex Card. I layereed here with a variety of items. I placed down the large piece ephemera with the book and then added the little squirrel underneath. I then added a heart along with the "Beautiful" sunflower sticker. On top I also added some gold border above the top using a gold marker

 MemDex Card 3

MemDex #3, I traced on paper and cut out and adhered the paper down til it meets the card holes. You can cover the entire MemDex card if you would like. Then I used one of the ephemera pieces, the beautiful Fall trees and adhered that down.

Next I added the house ephemera piece on top layering just the right but it sits a bit over the trees.

To finish this MemDex Card off I placed the little tab word on top "wonderful" and "memories" word is underneath. I adhered some of the bits & pieces hearts from the package around the card. Finally I adhered down the glittered word "fall" down on the left side. This is so pretty and layers just all came together so easy and quick.

MemDex Card 4

This MemDex Card I started off by adhering down one of the borders from inside the ephemera packet. I decided to take this piece of ephemera and cut around the pumpkin inside. I really like doing this cause then you can tuck something in and in this case we are going to tuck in that cute little fox. **For more details you can view the video tutorial**

Here is the little fox tucked inside behind the pumpkin. I think this looks just adorable.

After I adhered down the fox and pumpkin I added in a flower and a sticker on the left hand side. Below I am using my gold marker to edge the top of the MemDex Card.

To add the final touches I took one of the small tickets from the cut apart sheet and I adhered "Forever Fall" on top and edged with the gold marker. I popped it up using some cardboard.

 MemDex Card 5

This card is quick and easy. I covered the entire MemDex Card with pattern paper. I used the frame from the ephemera packet adhering it down on top.

I then used the little hedgehog I fussy cut him out and stuck him in the corner of the frame so it looks like he is having his picture taken.

This one was not super layered but with the pattern paper behind it does give that view that it is layered with many different papers. I added the little "Fabulous" tab on top. and then I added a pumpkin down below with the word "fall".

 MemDex Card 6

For our last MemDex Card I went ahead and edged the top of the MemDex Card with my gold marker. Next I cut one of tree pictures from the pattern paper. Adhered it down on the righthand side.

Next I added some stickers along with some ephemera together umbrella, sweater, then I added in the little flower, hat, a pinecone and a clove sticker.

Here is the completed MemDex Card. Below I did add in a little banner with the word "sweater weather", and edged in gold again.

I hope you enjoyed today's step by step tutorial. I enjoyed creating all these MemDex Cards for you all. I hope this gives some inspiration on how to layer up your MemDex cards, Cards, and other projects you create with this wonderful fun Fall October 2025 Scrapbook Kit.

Shabby Blue Blue Gift Tags

 Hi everyone,

Today I have created 4 great gift tags I created from the February Card Kit. I did use a few items from the Scrapbook kit and Mixed Media Kit.

Here are a few things I used to create these beautiful tags. The card kit comes with the 49 and Market paper and blue flowers from little birdie. The pretty Lattice stencil is from Mixed Media. The tags are from the October 2023 Card Kit, but you can create your own.

The lace below is from the Mixed Media Kit. The flower chipboard pieces are from February's Card Kit, the butterfly chipboard pieces are from the January Card Kit and the Doily Chipboard piece is the January Scrapbook Kit

To begin cover the tags front and back.

For the doily chipboard I used polar wind embellishment mousse and used a soft clothe to rub in around the chipboard. I really like how the color matched the paper collection.

This beautiful floral chipboard piece is from the Card, Tag Making Kit. You get two of these inside the kit. For some of the other chipboard pieces I used the polar wind embellishment mousse by Nuvo along with my gelatos and other items to embellish the chipboard pieces.

Down below shows you the finished chipboard floral piece. I used the green gelatos on the leaves and blended them with the soft clothe. I also used the Nuvo embellishment mousse polar wind.

For the first tag I adhered on the chipboard doily piece and then decorated with flowers, and some pieces from the scrapbooking kit.

Here is Tag 1 finished.

Here is tag 2, for this tag I added the lace from mixed media kit down below. Next I took the little pocket that comes in the card kit and placed the frame behind it. I then added a little tag and a small ephemera card inside the pocket.

I adhered the floral chipboard to the pocket and finished up the tag by adding ribbons to the top.

Down below is the finished tag 2 with the added sentiment and butterfly.

Tag 3 I adhered lace on the right side and adhered the large floral tag down below. Again with this chipboard piece I used Nuvo polar wind embellishment mousse and gelatos for the leaves.

Here is the tag 3 finished. The butterfly piece is colored with gelatos.

For the final tag, tag 4, I did a really neat technique. You can use this technique on pattern paper or card stock. Simple use the stencil in the Mixed Media kit place it down on the pattern paper. Dab versa mark all over the entire paper.

Next cover with clear embossing powder and heat set.

After heat setting it, dab ink all over the entire embossed area.

Next use a damp clothe to clean off the ink from the embossed area.
And this is the final result of the background from this cool emboss resist technique.

I adhered the remaining lace down below along withe chipboard butterfly and flowers from the card making kit.

Here are all four tags finished using the Card, Tags and More Kit. I just love how each of these tags came out. These tags would be perfect for any occasion.

Thanks for joining me today. I hope this gives you some inspiration for this months Card Making Kit.
