Vintage Scrapbook Process Double Page Layout

 Hi Crafty Friends,

In today's video, I' sharing a step-by-step process for creating these vintage-inspired scrapbook layouts packed with texture, distressed elements, and warm ephemera using the 2026 July Scrapbook Kit. Whether you're documenting travel memories, old family photographs, or everyday moments, the vintage collage style adds so much character to your memory-keeping.

2026 July Scrapbook Kit

Layout #1

To start out I cut out all of the elements from the cut apart sheet to have the available if needed. I then cut the inside of the large envelope using an xacto knife to create an opening for my photo. I also cut an opening in the paper to slide the envelope underneath the post card that is part of the 12x12 paper images.

***View Video Tutorial for details***

Next I added some of the ephemera pieces and adhered a piece of the burlap trim under the envelop photo mat in the upper left hand corner. I also used the diamond chipboard piece and papered it using the papers from the Scrapbook Kit.

Here is the finished Layout. I did use a large piece of the burlap trim along with a piece of ephemera on the bottom. I added other ephemera pieces throughout the layout. Photo mats measure 4 1/4 x 4 1/4 inches and 4 1/4 x 6 1/4 inches.

Layout #2

For this second layout I cut photo mats 5 1/4 x 3 3/4 inches. I placed a few pieces of ephemera cut out from the cut apart sheets and tucked a ticket and clock under the photo mat.

I papered the remaining diamond chipboard pieces and adhered at the bottom of the photo mat. ****View Video Tutorial for more details****

Here is the 2nd layout finished.

I hope you enjoyed today's tutorial, using this vintage style paper is just perfect as the paper contains so many layers of vintage style elements already you just have to add photo mats and a few ephemera pieces to create a wonderful layout that can hold new and old memories from your photo collections. Blooms & Butterflies Easter Layout for Tres Jolie

Hi Everybody,

Join me as I document a beautiful family Easter filled with sunshine and smiles! In today's layout, I'm working with the 2026 Scrapbook Kit from Tres Jolie. I'm using a soft, vintage garden palette to frame our favorite egg hunt moments. I've focused on creating a whimsical "shabby chic " atmosphere by layering large floral ephemera, delicate, butterflies, and rustic wooden-style frames. I used a circular butterfly wreath to anchor the family portraits on the first page, and a playful garden fence detail to ground the action shots of the kids on the second. I hope you get some great inspiration from today's project.
I have the video tutorial below for your convenience and the step-by-step tutorial below.

2026 Scrapbook Kit

To get started I pulled out one of chipboard fences from the kit and inked with Walnut stain.

Next I did the same with the butterfly wreath. I left the back chipboard piece plain.

Next adhere the back and front piece together.
I then used my liquid pearls from my stash and started applying the liquid pearls inside each area of the butterflies. Let dry for a bit. It may have some cracking but just fill again and do the process over until the the cracking stops. Let the liquid pearls stand just a little bit in between applications.
***view video tutorial for more details***

Here is what the butterfly looks like once finished. I did the same for the other butterfly above.

I adhered the wreath down onto one of the pattern papers from the April Scrapbook Kit. I also adhered some of the paper flowers down as well. I am loving the look of the butterfly wreath.

Next I used the two wooden paper frames left over from the kit (as the others were used in a previous layout). Added my photos from this years family Easter gathering. I did apply foam tape (double it) behind the photos. ***view video tutorial for more details***

For the second layout. I added the chipboard fence below and then added some paper eggs around the fence from my stash.

I then arranged my photos how I wanted them to look. I like my photos a little wonky, (lol).

Here is a photo of the first layout we did using the chipboard wreath decorated with the liquid pearls. I finished it off with fussy cutting some of the leaves, flowers inside the wreath and the bird house. On the bottom I used the flower planter as a holder for my sentiment. The little easter eggs are from my stash.

Here is the second layout. I used some of the remaining paper flowers and leaves. Arranged the photos and adhered my sentiment in the middle along with some ephemera from my stash. I love the wooden chipboard fence I think it adds a nice touch to the backyard vibe of the kids hunting for eggs.

I hope you found some inspiration from today's project. Try out the new technique I shared using liquid pearls inside the chipboard area of the butterfly wreath I know you'll love it.
Wishing you all a great Crafty Day.

We Shine Brighter Together: Easy Layout Process

Hi everyone,

Whether you’re looking to document family memories or just love a good floral aesthetic, this scrapbook process tutorial/video is for you! 🌸✨ We are using the beautiful 2026 April Scrapbook Kit from Tres Jolie Kit Club. In today's step by step tutorial below, I’m putting together a sentimental family-themed layout titled "We Shine Brighter Together." This project features a beautiful mix of rustic wood textures, soft botanical illustrations, and just the right amount of gold splatter to make the memories pop.

Here down below I also have the video tutorial process that provides a bit more details. I hope you enjoy this quick and easy layout process.

2026 April Scrapbook Kit

For this layout I used the example that is one back sheet in the lower left hand corner. I then fussy cut out all the elements I needed to create my layout. Some of the ephemera pieces on the layout example I didn't use I replaced with other's, but you can interchange any or all the ephemera pieces to create your own unique layout.

After I cut out all the frames I cut out some of the 12x12 pattern paper to place on the back of the frames and adhered some foam tape on top so I can slide my photos inside easily.
**Remember to leave on side open to slide in your photos.

Next adhere the back the frame. (shown below)

Here is what the layout is looking like prior to adding any of the ephemera pieces on.

Here is what I added onto the layout. You can see I added some extra florals, foliage, added some other images, a book, plant and acorn. ***View video tutorial for more details***

Here I added some gold paint splatters around the layout, on the frames, flowers and other areas. On this 12x12 sheet there are gold splatter images on the paper but I thought I would add some more.

I also added some gold little dots to the inside of the flowers and surrounding areas where I thought it could use some gold.

Here is the finished layout and below I have more images showing each area of the wreath layout.

I hope you found some inspiration from today's project. Adding subtle gold splatters for the touch of  elegance and shimmer provides a warmth and cozy imagery like the lit candle and acorns give the page that homey vibe. The layout features a multiple generations, showing how to balance four different photos on one 12x12 layout page without it feeling cluttered.

Sweet Beginnings Scrapbook Layout

Good Day Everyone.

So happy you're here with me today as we create a couple of scrapbook layouts using the Simple Stories Simple Vintage Junk Drawer paper collection in the 2026 January Scrapbook Kit. To create the scrapbook layouts we will be using a simple Scrapbook Sketch. Down below I have the step by step tutorial and the video process. Let's have fun and get creative! Happy Crafting ~Deb

2026 January Scrapbook Kit

Here is the scrapbook Sketch we are using for the two layouts.

For the first part of this you will pick out the two 12 x12 pattern papers for the main base.
Then cut two pieces that are 5x12 inches, adhere those across the midsection of the 12x12 base.
(its about 3 inches down from the top)

Next cut out two pieces of of pattern paper at 7 x 5 1/2 inches. these will be adhered about 1 inch from the edge. (as shown below) On one of the 12x12 base pages one will adhere to the left side and on the other 12 x12 base page one will be adhered to the right side.

Next cut out 4 photo mats at 4 1/4 x 3 1/4 inches.

Next I cut 2 black cardstock as a back border mat at 6 1/4 x 4 1/4 inches and the photo mats at 6x4 inches.

Use the sketch to place the ephemera and decorative borders at the top and bottom of the each area.

Next use your ephemera and chipboard pieces for place around your photo mats and for journaling areas.

Here is the first scrapbook page finished with the adding the title and some twine and ribbon to the tags and I added the sentiment "timeless" to the stamp at the bottom.
**************For more details you can view the Layout process video************

Here is the second page after adhering down the photo mats and other items.

Here is the second scrapbook page finished with the adding the title and some twine to the tag.

Beautiful & Simple Layouts for Tres Jolie

 Hi all,

Today I wanted to share two beautiful & simple layouts I created using the July 2025 Scrapbook Kit. This kit has some beautiful papers, lovely lace and some beautiful flowers along with some nice resin pieces to make your layouts or projects pop. I used copic markers to color in my resin pieces. I hope you enjoy the step by step tutorial and you can refer to the video tutorial for more details.

July 2025 Scrapbook Kit

PAGE #1
To start the first page layout adhere down part of the lace across the middle of your pattern paper from the Scrapbook Kit.

Next cut out your photo mats and background mats.
Small Photo Mats (cream cardstock) - Cut 2 @ 4x4 inches
Small Back mats (pattern paper) - Cut at 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches
Large Photo Mat - Cut @ 6x4 inches
Large Back mat (pattern paper) - 6 1/4 x 4 1/4 inches
Adhere the mats down once you have them all put together. (as shown below)
***view video tutorial for more details***

Next I colored the resin pieces from the Scrapbook Kit using Copic markers. I also used sentiments in the upper right side and the beautiful butterflies are from the July 2025 Mixed Media Kit.

PAGE #2

To start page two, Cut a piece of pattern paper that is 2 1/2 x 12 inches, tear and ink the edges. Then cut your photo mats.
Small Photo Mats (cream cardstock) - Cut 1 @ 4x4 inches
Small Back mats (pattern paper) - Cut 1 @ 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches
Large Photo Mat - Cut @ 3 3/4 x 5 3/4 inches
Large Back mat (pattern paper) - 6 1/4 x 4 1/4 inches

Next place some double adhesive on the left side edge of the pattern paper and then adhere down the lace.

Next slide the torn piece we inked under the lace and adhere this piece down.

Adhere your mats together and layout and start decorating. I did use the remaining butterflies from the July 2025 Mixed Media Kit along with the flowers. I tucked in the resin clock I colored unto the flowers down on the right hand side.
******For more details you view the video tutorial*************

Here is Page 1 finished. I did add some gold foil photo corner to the mats, I used my photo corner punch.

Here is Page 2. I added some sentiments on either side of the small butterfly and added the photo corners to each photo mat.

I hope you enjoyed today's step by step tutorial. I just love these two Beautiful Scrapbook Pages they both  turned out so pretty and they are so simple. We used just about everything from the July 2025 Scrapbook Kit and only scraps left over. So with this Scrapbook Kit we created 4 Layouts this month. Two interactive pages and two simple pages. I hope you get a chance to create some pages to hold your special memories.
