Oh Gosh,
Today I am sharing an image I got use first "hot off the press" created by CraftyGirl from StitchyBear Digi Outlet Store. This image is a New Release for October and super adorable.
It's Basset Hound -
Such an adorable image to work with, as soon as I saw this image I knew exactly what I was gonna do with it. I had just watched a YouTube video from MayMayMadeIt (again) and she made these sweet Paper Bag Cards or Mini Album Page. I thought what a fantastic idea as I have been wanting to make a mini album for my fur babies that our family has had throughout the years.
So I colored the image with my copics and then fussy cut her out. As you all know I am still learning to use my copics, and do not get much of a chance to color animal images with them. Trying to do fur seems a challenge for me. However, I think with this one it turned out okay, plus I used a couple of photos of my Daisy, my basset to get the coloring down. :D
Here is my creation, hope you like it: I used the G45 Raining Cats & Dogs Collection. This is such a beautiful set to use for your furry friends. :D
***Inside of the card/mini album and a side pocket for a tag
***The side tags front and back - for placing photos or journal spots
***The inside tag - photo of my basset Daisy and then wrote a little something about her.
*****This is Daisy (below) - Just look at those Big Brown Eyes, they are so hard to resist. We adopted her over a year ago and she still looks at me like that....just gets my heart every time. lol
