Hope you are having a good weekend. It's been good here, nothing really new, just been playing around in my crafty area. I have a few things to share with you all today and so here is the first post. Ohhhh, yes, it's the first post of the day. lol
I wanted to join in the TH 12 Tags of 2016 for February. I just love the techniques he uses and shares with us every month. This month was combining two different techniques together.
So for this months challenge Technique Remix here is what I made using what I had on hand.
Supplies:
Ranger - Craft tags; Liquid Platinum embossing powder; Texture Paste
Tim Holtz - Remnant Rubs - Botanical; Ephemera Pack - Thrift Shop; Idea-ology - Pen Nibs; Idea-ology - Foliage Flowers Leaves; Distress Markers - wild honey, broken china, mustard seed; Distress Inks - peeled paint; fores moss; vintage photo;
From Stash: Seam Binding - dyed with TH Distress inks - broken china and peeled paint;
Stencil from Momenta - Floral (used for my background and for the embossing)

I just loved how this tag turned out using the Botanical Remnant Rubs. I hope you all get are inspired to try this technique as well and check out Tim's blog for more idea's on how to use your supplies.

Oh, wow!! Stunning tag, Deborah!! The pen nib for butterfly's body is just a genial idea!!! And the platinum embossing looks great with the petals of the flowers! Great textures and love the crinckled ribbons!
