Today is my last week as a Guest Designer for Love To Scrap! Challenge Blog. I have to say it has been a great time, and have enjoyed viewing each of the DT's creations. They are all so talented, Thank you all for having me as a Guest Designer on your Challenge Blog. :D
The New Challenge starts today and is "LTSCB #40 - Seeing Dots". We have two wonderful sponsors for this challenge -
PRIZE: 2 images of choice by the Winner
AND
PRIZE: 3 images of choice by the Winner
How Awesome are these PRIZES!!
For my project today I was given the honor of selecting a digi image from Dr. Digi's House of Stamps. I chose a fun one, since I haven't had a chance to make many Halloween items yet. My image is "Made For Eachother". (Direct link-Click on the names above)
Here is my project - I was so pleased the way this turned out. :D
This is a step card - I increased the length and width of the card by 3.
So this is pretty large measures approx. - 7 1/2 x 10 1/2. I added a base under it so it would
stand up correctly. (kind of heavy)
When I saw this image reminded me of My husband and I -
cause we are The Adams Family so we always make light of it. (hhahaaa)
Plus we like Frankenstein & his lovely Bride.
This is the last step or back step area. I placed some patterned paper on the steps
to make it like cobble stone stairs up to the house.
This is the front of the display.
Supplies:
Stamp - Dr Digi House of Stamps - Made for Eachother
Ink - SU - Basic black, Going Gray, Chocolate Chip, Ruby Red;
Copics - E000, E00, E50; Gel Pens, silver, white and white gelly roll (for her hair)
Bic Markers - Cloud Nine grey, Desert Rose, Plumtastic Purple, Polynesian purple, Margarita Green; TH Distress Markers: Mowed Lawn, Peeled Paint, Antique Linen, Bundle Sage, Mustard Seed, Faded Jeans, Broken China, Peacock Feathers
Paper - Mambi Sheets by Ellen Krans 2013 Halloween themed; SU - Basic Black; Glitter Black paper for the fence (from stash - cut these out last year)
Accessories - From Stash - Foam stickers from Michaels, Fence is from Cricut (don't remember which set); Black glitter paper, Orange dot ribbon from garage sale; used TH crackle paint for the tombstone.
