So for my DT card I used Dyna Elephant with Balloon and I did a Magic Pull Up Card.
Hope you like:
I've wanting to make something different lately so I scanned the YouTube and remembered I learned how to make this little nifty card years ago when I first started attending a Stampin Up Class. Of course being a crafter we learn so many techniques and different ways to make cards I had forgotten about this one. So I got this from this tutorial on YouTube, Crystal Alves-Tusim Magic Birthday Card.
*******Please Read Instructions Below For Using Digital Images******************
Just one thing is different from Crystal's tutorial, since I used a Digital Stamp from Crafty Sentiments I ran the Acetate through my printer and once it's printed "Do not Touch" it will smear; used clear embossing powder and heat set and then you can color. After embossing I stamped the word Happy Birthday in the balloon with a small stamp set I had from Sweet N' Sassy Stamps. I also fussy cut the flowers and words fromt he paper stack I used and adhered pop up dots to add dimension.
Supplies:
Stamps: Crafty Sentiments - Dyna Elephant with Balloon; Sweet n' Sassy Stamp- Gone Fishin (Happy Birthday)
Paper: DCWV - The Girl Power Stack; SU - white cs
Ink: Copics - E29, V06, V09,V12, C-1, C-3, R83, R21, R20

Such a cute card. Looks very nice.
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic. I saw a magic card once...sometime in 2001 or so, but never attempted one. To tell you the truth, I have no clue how you made this and it is darn adorable. I love it and the image is great! Hugs, Gail

Like the whimsy Elephant & color changing idea. The cute elephant reminds me of wonderful Disney Dumbo.
