Hello Pumpkin Scallop MDC

 Hello everyone, 

Hope you are having a great day. I have been invited to join Clear Scraps Design Team, I am so excited to be a part of a great team of talented crafters. Today I am sharing my first project with you all. 

Since Fall is coming soon I decided to use the Scallop MDC from the shop these are so great to use for a MDC swap, send a little something to a crafty friend, just to use on a scrapbook layout or for any project. 

To begin I used the Scallop Chipboard Dividers 3 pk and Pumpkin Chipboard Embellishments along with Hello Pumpkin paper from Graphic 45 but you can use any fall paper you'd like. 

 

Next I painted around each of the Memory Dex Cards with a color that would coordinate with the paper colors. 

 

After painting each MDC, I adhered them down the papers with glue, and cut away the paper. I did this for all three MDC. 

 

 

 

After finishing up the 3 MDC, I decided to use these cute pumpkins on the MDC as well. These are the pumpkin chipboards. I love these and definitely are a great item to have during this Fall season.

 

In this pumpkin chipboard item you get two pumpkins the open one fits on top of the full pumpkin piece. I decided to split them up, so I covered one with paper and painted the other one orange. 

 

 

 

This open one I painted orange with a green top. I did place gesso on the pumpkin prior to painting it. 

 

 

The top MDC shows how I just adhered this open pumpkin piece down on the paper.  The bottom MDC I share that I papered the whole pumpkin piece with pattern paper and adhered down. I think both look great. 

 

 

Here is the 3rd MDC I just layered and decorated with the ephemera from the paper collection. As well as I added a bow on top of the scallop. 

 

 

I really like how all three of these came out using the MDC Scalloped Chipboard pieces and I really had fun using these Pumpkin Chipboard pieces as well. I like how you can use them separate or together.
