I am Hooked

Hi all,

It's been awhile since my last post. The whole family caught the flu so now we are trying to get back to normal.

Even though I have been sick I have been online looking at all the new releases and I have to say one of my favorite places (Sweet N Sassy) just came out with some adorable animal stamps (clear and digi). You can get the digi's as individual for 0.99cents, download and you have it right away. When I saw this little mouse (MiceDay) I had to get him, I envisioned a really cute card. Of course I want the other one's as well but I had to have this one "now". So I printed him out on card stock and colored with copic markers, cut him out so he could hang on the rope (black twine). I thought of a different sentiment and printed on card stock and cut into a heart shape. It turned out so adorable and with Valentine's fastly approaching it will be ready for giving.

With SNS Digi challenge's they usually don't have a theme, they require to just a digi stamp for the challenges, so I did my own sketch and theme.

Closer look - Mouses tail is hanging on the rope.

Paper - SU white; black, and really red
Ink - copic markers C1, 3, and 5; R00, R11; Momento black and SU white
Stamp - SNS New Digi Mice Day; SU Love is in the Air (2004) little heart background stamp
Accessories - Cuttlebug foler polka dots; black gems; black twine; heart brads
Sentiment - printed on SU paper my own sentiment

Thank you for stopping bye and Have a great week. : )

  1. Oh my goodness - what a DARLING idea to have the mouse hanging by its tail! Your sentiment is cleverly perfect with that! Thanks for bringing a smile to my face, and for sharing your card in this week's Sweet 'n Sassy Digi Challenge.

  2. Awesome card! Toooooooo cute.

  3. This is so cute, love that little mouse hanging by his tail.

  4. What a great card you have created. Love the colours and the design. Thank you for sharing with us at Lady Anne's Challenges. I hope we see you again soon.
