Friendships are Sewn

Hi all,

Today is a new challenge over at OSAAT Challenge #200, theme Use a Digi. Our sponsor is StitchyBear Digi Stamps which you can find at the StitchyBear Digital Outlet Store I got to use a really cute stamp by Scrappers Delight names Anna Mae,  she is just adorable. I really had a good time creating this card, especially because it's for a good friend of mine who I refer to as my stamp'n out Buddy. It's her birthday today, the sentiment is from a stamp set she sent to me, plus it really fits with One Stitch At A Time blog site.

Here is the details of the challenge - Our Sponsor is The StitchyBear Outlet Store. You can enter 3 times Without using a StitchyBear Digi but if you use our StitchyBear Digi images you can enter as many times as you wish. All projects must be new with no backlinking. Want to win the main prize you must use a StitchyBear's Digi Image  - main prize is a set of digis. If you don't use a StitchyBear Digi you will be considered for $3 voucher to use at StitchyBear Outlet Store.

Here is my card:

Supplies/Details: First - printed out my digi twice and masked one while stamping the sky on the main card. Used the mask again to complete the grassy scene. then I colored in my digi. I colored my carnation flowers with copics. I used Spellbinders - Fancy Ribbon Threader to thread my ribbon under the image and frame my image with twine sewn through the holes.
Paper: SU- white; Core'dinations - Lt. pink and lavender; Recollection Signature Especial - My Favorite Things paper pad (paper piecing her skirt)

Ink: Copics - E 51,31,21,11,57,35,29; Copics- V06,12; TH Distress Marker - Spun Sugar (on her blouse); Momento - black (embossed sentiment); Powder Puff- Green w/envy and Plum crazy; SU - Brocade Blue;

Stamps: Scrappers Delight - AnnaMae from StitchyBear Outlet; TE - Cloudy Background;  D.O.T.S.- Hillside grass (this was one of my first stamps I ever bought so it's old but I love the grass image); TPC Studio - Sewing rubber cling stamp; Happy Birthday stamp

Accessories: Carnation flowers - Live and Love (colored with copics -) ; Twine - purple & white stitched around the sky; Fiskars corner punch; From my stash - pink gems, purple ribbon  Used the artisan punch from SU; Fiskars Corner punch - Lace; Spellbinders - Fancy Ribbon Threader.
